Ces conditions régissent votre utilisation de l'application et du site Nkawrou (« le Service »), une plateforme communautaire gratuite pour organiser et rejoindre des matchs de football amateurs, actuellement à Zarzis et Djerba (Tunisie). En créant un compte ou en utilisant le Service, vous acceptez ces conditions. Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord, n'utilisez pas le Service.
1. Qui peut utiliser Nkawrou
- Vous devez avoir au moins 16 ans. Vous confirmez cet âge lors de l'inscription.
- Vous devez fournir des informations exactes (prénom, nom, ville).
- Un seul compte par personne. Pas de comptes automatisés ni de bots.
2. Votre compte
- Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de votre mot de passe et de toute activité sous votre compte.
- Prévenez-nous immédiatement à support@nkawrou.com si vous suspectez un accès non autorisé.
- Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte à tout moment via Settings → « Supprimer le compte ». La suppression est immédiate et irréversible (voir Politique de confidentialité).
3. Usage acceptable
En utilisant Nkawrou, vous vous engagez à ne pas :
- Harceler, insulter ou menacer d'autres utilisateurs (dans le chat ou par tout autre moyen).
- Publier du contenu illégal, haineux, sexuel, violent, ou portant atteinte aux droits d'autrui.
- Créer de faux matchs, de faux terrains, ou des annonces commerciales non sollicitées (« spam »).
- Vous faire passer pour quelqu'un d'autre ou usurper l'identité d'un autre joueur.
- Tenter de contourner les limites techniques (capacité d'un match, fenêtres de désinscription, modération).
- Exploiter le Service à des fins commerciales sans accord écrit préalable.
- Collecter automatiquement les données d'autres utilisateurs (scraping).
Toute violation peut entraîner la suspension ou la suppression du compte, sans préavis ni remboursement (le Service est gratuit).
4. Contenu que vous publiez
Vous conservez la propriété du contenu que vous publiez (photos de terrains, messages de chat, descriptions de matchs, propositions de nouveaux terrains).
En publiant ce contenu, vous nous accordez une licence mondiale, non-exclusive, gratuite, transférable à nos sous-traitants techniques (Supabase, Cloudflare), pour la durée d'existence de votre compte, permettant de :
- Stocker, héberger, et afficher le contenu aux autres utilisateurs du Service.
- Le modérer, le filtrer, ou le supprimer s'il viole ces conditions.
- L'inclure dans des sauvegardes techniques nécessaires au fonctionnement.
Cette licence cesse à la suppression de votre compte, à l'exception des messages de chat (anonymisés mais conservés pour le contexte des autres joueurs — voir Politique de confidentialité §4).
Vous garantissez avoir le droit de publier le contenu (par exemple : ne pas uploader une photo prise par quelqu'un d'autre sans autorisation).
5. Signalement et modération
Pour signaler un contenu ou un comportement inapproprié, contactez support@nkawrou.com en précisant le match, l'utilisateur, ou le message concerné.
Nous nous réservons le droit, sans obligation, de :
- Retirer tout contenu signalé qui viole ces conditions.
- Suspendre ou supprimer un compte en cas de violation grave ou répétée.
- Restaurer un compte ou un contenu après examen, si la suppression était une erreur.
6. Score de fiabilité et présences
Nkawrou calcule un score de fiabilité basé sur vos présences aux matchs auxquels vous vous inscrivez. Les absences non excusées peuvent entraîner des « kick points » qui réduisent ce score et, à terme, votre visibilité auprès des autres organisateurs. Cette logique est intégrée au Service et fait partie de son fonctionnement attendu.
Pour éviter ces points, désinscrivez-vous au moins 3 heures avant le match (limite technique enforcée par le système).
7. Service gratuit, fourni « en l'état »
Le Service est fourni gratuitement, sans engagement de disponibilité, de performance, ni d'exactitude. Nkawrou n'organise pas les matchs lui-même — il met en relation des joueurs qui s'organisent entre eux. Nous ne sommes pas responsables :
- De la qualité, de la sécurité, ou de la disponibilité réelle des terrains référencés (vérifiez avant de vous déplacer).
- Des comportements, déclarations, ou actes des autres utilisateurs pendant ou hors des matchs.
- Des blessures, accidents, ou dommages matériels survenant lors d'un match (vous jouez sous votre propre responsabilité).
- Des annulations, retards, ou modifications décidés par les organisateurs.
- Des interruptions du Service (mises à jour, problèmes techniques, panne d'un sous-traitant).
8. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans toute la mesure permise par la loi tunisienne, notre responsabilité envers vous pour tout dommage lié à l'utilisation du Service est limitée aux montants que vous nous avez versés au cours des 12 mois précédents — soit zéro, le Service étant gratuit. Cette limite ne s'applique pas en cas de faute intentionnelle ou de violation de droits non renonçables.
9. Suspension et résiliation
Vous pouvez résilier votre compte à tout moment via Settings → « Supprimer le compte ».
Nous pouvons suspendre ou résilier votre accès, avec ou sans préavis, si :
- Vous violez ces conditions ou la loi applicable.
- Votre activité nuit à d'autres utilisateurs ou au fonctionnement du Service.
- Le Service est interrompu durablement (auquel cas nous vous préviendrons par e-mail si possible).
10. Modifications du Service et des conditions
Nous pouvons modifier le Service à tout moment (ajout/retrait de fonctionnalités). Les modifications substantielles de ces conditions seront publiées sur nkawrou.com/terms avec mise à jour de la date « Dernière mise à jour » ci-dessus. Continuer à utiliser le Service après publication vaut acceptation.
11. Droit applicable
Ces conditions sont régies par le droit tunisien. Tout litige sera porté devant les tribunaux compétents de Tunisie, sous réserve des règles impératives de protection des consommateurs applicables dans votre pays de résidence (notamment pour les utilisateurs de l'Union européenne).

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق وموقع Nkawrou ("الخدمة")، وهو منصة مجتمعية مجانية لتنظيم والانضمام إلى مباريات كرة القدم للهواة، حاليًا في جرجيس وجربة (تونس). بإنشائك حسابًا أو استخدامك للخدمة، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
١. من يمكنه استخدام Nkawrou
- يجب أن يكون عمرك 16 سنة على الأقل. تؤكد ذلك عند التسجيل.
- يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة (الاسم، اللقب، المدينة).
- حساب واحد لكل شخص. ممنوع استخدام حسابات آلية أو روبوتات.
٢. حسابك
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور وعن كل نشاط يتم عبر حسابك.
- أبلغنا فورًا على support@nkawrou.com إذا اشتبهت في وصول غير مرخّص.
- يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من Settings → "حذف الحساب". الحذف فوري ولا رجعة فيه (انظر سياسة الخصوصية).
٣. الاستخدام المقبول
عند استخدام Nkawrou، تتعهد بـعدم:
- التحرّش، الإهانة أو التهديد لمستخدمين آخرين (في الدردشة أو بأي وسيلة أخرى).
- نشر محتوى غير قانوني، أو يحرّض على الكراهية، أو جنسي، أو عنيف، أو ينتهك حقوق الغير.
- إنشاء مباريات وهمية، أو ملاعب وهمية، أو إعلانات تجارية غير مرغوب فيها (spam).
- انتحال شخصية شخص آخر أو لاعب آخر.
- محاولة تجاوز الحدود التقنية للنظام (سعة المباراة، نوافذ المغادرة، الإشراف).
- استغلال الخدمة لأغراض تجارية دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.
- جمع بيانات المستخدمين الآخرين بشكل آلي (scraping).
أي مخالفة قد تؤدي إلى تعليق أو حذف الحساب، دون إشعار مسبق ودون تعويض (الخدمة مجانية).
٤. المحتوى الذي تنشره
تحتفظ بـملكية المحتوى الذي تنشره (صور الملاعب، رسائل الدردشة، أوصاف المباريات، اقتراحات الملاعب الجديدة).
بنشرك هذا المحتوى، تمنحنا ترخيصًا عالميًا، غير حصري، مجانيًا، قابلًا للنقل إلى مزوّدينا التقنيين (Supabase, Cloudflare)، طيلة مدة وجود حسابك، يتيح لنا:
- تخزين المحتوى، استضافته، وعرضه للمستخدمين الآخرين في الخدمة.
- الإشراف عليه، تصفيته، أو حذفه إذا انتهك هذه الشروط.
- إدراجه في النسخ الاحتياطية التقنية اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة.
ينتهي هذا الترخيص عند حذف حسابك، باستثناء رسائل الدردشة (تُجهَّل اسميًا لكنها تبقى للحفاظ على سياق المحادثة — انظر سياسة الخصوصية §4).
تضمن أن لك الحق في نشر هذا المحتوى (مثلاً: عدم رفع صورة التقطها شخص آخر دون إذنه).
٥. الإبلاغ والإشراف
للإبلاغ عن محتوى أو سلوك غير لائق، راسلنا على support@nkawrou.com مع تحديد المباراة، أو المستخدم، أو الرسالة المعنية.
نحتفظ بالحق، دون إلزام، في:
- إزالة أي محتوى مُبلَّغ عنه يخالف هذه الشروط.
- تعليق أو حذف الحساب في حالات المخالفات الجسيمة أو المتكرّرة.
- إعادة تفعيل حساب أو محتوى بعد المراجعة، إذا تبيّن أن الحذف كان خطأً.
٦. درجة الموثوقية وبيانات الحضور
يحسب Nkawrou درجة موثوقية مبنية على حضورك للمباريات التي تنضم إليها. الغياب غير المبرَّر قد يُكلّفك "نقاط كيك" تُخفّض هذه الدرجة، وبمرور الوقت قد تقلّل من ظهورك لدى المنظمين الآخرين. هذه آلية مدمجة في الخدمة وجزء من تشغيلها المعتاد.
لتجنّب هذه النقاط، أعلِم بانسحابك قبل 3 ساعات على الأقل من موعد المباراة (حدّ تقني يفرضه النظام).
٧. خدمة مجانية، مقدَّمة "كما هي"
الخدمة مقدّمة مجانًا، دون ضمان للتوفر، الأداء، أو الدقة. Nkawrou لا ينظّم المباريات بنفسه — بل يربط بين لاعبين ينظّمون بأنفسهم. نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن:
- جودة، أمان، أو توفّر الملاعب المُدرجة فعليًا (تحقّق قبل التنقّل).
- سلوكيات أو تصريحات أو أفعال المستخدمين الآخرين أثناء أو خارج المباريات.
- الإصابات، الحوادث، أو الأضرار المادية التي قد تقع خلال مباراة (تلعب على مسؤوليتك الشخصية).
- الإلغاءات، التأخيرات، أو التعديلات التي يقرّرها المنظّمون.
- انقطاعات الخدمة (تحديثات، أعطال تقنية، عطل لدى مزوّد).
٨. تحديد المسؤولية
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون التونسي، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا تجاهك عن أي ضرر مرتبط باستخدام الخدمة على المبالغ التي دفعتها لنا خلال الأشهر الـ12 السابقة — أي صفر، نظرًا لمجانية الخدمة. لا ينطبق هذا الحد على حالات الخطأ المتعمَّد أو انتهاك حقوق غير قابلة للتنازل عنها.
٩. التعليق والإنهاء
يمكنك إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت من Settings → "حذف الحساب".
يمكننا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك، بإشعار أو بدونه، إذا:
- خالفت هذه الشروط أو القانون الساري.
- تسبّب نشاطك في ضرر لمستخدمين آخرين أو لعمل الخدمة.
- توقّفت الخدمة بشكل دائم (وسنخبرك بالبريد الإلكتروني عند الإمكان).
١٠. تعديلات على الخدمة وعلى الشروط
قد نعدّل الخدمة في أي وقت (إضافة/إزالة ميزات). ستُنشر التعديلات الجوهرية على هذه الشروط في nkawrou.com/terms مع تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه. الاستمرار في استخدام الخدمة بعد النشر يعني القبول.
١١. القانون الساري
تخضع هذه الشروط لـالقانون التونسي. تُرفع أي نزاعات أمام المحاكم المختصّة في تونس، مع مراعاة قواعد حماية المستهلك الإلزامية في بلد إقامتك (لا سيما للمستخدمين في الاتحاد الأوروبي).

These terms govern your use of the Nkawrou app and website ("the Service"), a free community platform for organizing and joining amateur football matches, currently in Zarzis and Djerba (Tunisia). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Nkawrou
- You must be at least 16 years old. You confirm this age at sign-up.
- You must provide accurate information (first name, last name, city).
- One account per person. No automated accounts or bots.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at support@nkawrou.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- You can delete your account at any time via Settings → "Delete account". Deletion is immediate and irreversible (see Privacy Policy).
3. Acceptable use
By using Nkawrou you agree not to:
- Harass, insult, or threaten other users (in chat or by any other means).
- Post illegal, hateful, sexual, or violent content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Create fake matches, fake courts, or unsolicited commercial messages ("spam").
- Impersonate another person or another player.
- Attempt to bypass technical limits (match capacity, deregistration window, moderation).
- Exploit the Service for commercial purposes without prior written agreement.
- Scrape or automatically collect other users' data.
Any violation may lead to suspension or deletion of the account, without prior notice and without refund (the Service is free).
4. Content you post
You retain ownership of the content you post (court photos, chat messages, match descriptions, new-court proposals).
By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, transferable to our technical sub-processors (Supabase, Cloudflare), for the lifetime of your account, to:
- Store, host, and display the content to other users of the Service.
- Moderate, filter, or remove it if it violates these terms.
- Include it in technical backups necessary for the Service to operate.
This license ends when you delete your account, except for chat messages (anonymized but retained for the conversation context of other players — see Privacy Policy §4).
You warrant that you have the right to post the content (e.g. do not upload a photo taken by someone else without permission).
5. Reporting and moderation
To report inappropriate content or behavior, contact support@nkawrou.com with the match, user, or message concerned.
We reserve the right, with no obligation, to:
- Remove any reported content that violates these terms.
- Suspend or delete accounts in case of serious or repeated violations.
- Restore an account or content after review, if removal was a mistake.
6. Reliability score and attendance
Nkawrou computes a reliability score based on your attendance at matches you sign up for. Unexcused no-shows earn "kick points" that lower this score and, over time, your visibility to other organizers. This logic is part of the Service and its expected behavior.
To avoid kick points, leave a match at least 3 hours before its start time (a technical cutoff enforced by the system).
7. Free service, provided "as-is"
The Service is provided free of charge, with no guarantee of availability, performance, or accuracy. Nkawrou does not organize matches itself — it connects players who organize matches among themselves. We are not liable for:
- The quality, safety, or real-world availability of listed courts (verify before traveling).
- The behavior, statements, or acts of other users during or outside matches.
- Injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during a match (you play at your own risk).
- Cancellations, delays, or changes decided by organizers.
- Service interruptions (updates, technical issues, sub-processor outages).
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Tunisian law, our liability to you for any damage related to the use of the Service is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 preceding months — i.e. zero, as the Service is free. This limit does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or violation of non-waivable rights.
9. Suspension and termination
You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → "Delete account".
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these terms or applicable law.
- Your activity harms other users or the operation of the Service.
- The Service is permanently discontinued (we will notify you by email when possible).
10. Changes to the Service and the terms
We may modify the Service at any time (adding or removing features). Material changes to these terms will be published at nkawrou.com/terms with the "Last updated" date above bumped. Continued use of the Service after publication constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Tunisia, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (in particular for users of the European Union).

Mit der Erstellung eines Kontos oder der Nutzung des Dienstes erklären Sie sich mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden. Wenn Sie nicht einverstanden sind, nutzen Sie den Dienst bitte nicht.
1. Wer Nkawrou nutzen darf
- Sie müssen mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein. Sie bestätigen dieses Alter bei der Registrierung.
- Sie müssen wahrheitsgemäße Angaben machen (Vorname, Nachname, Stadt).
- Ein Konto pro Person. Keine automatisierten Konten oder Bots.
2. Ihr Konto
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Geheimhaltung Ihres Passworts und für sämtliche Aktivitäten in Ihrem Konto.
- Bitte informieren Sie uns unverzüglich unter support@nkawrou.com, falls Sie einen unbefugten Zugriff vermuten.
- Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit unter Settings → „Delete account" löschen. Die Löschung ist sofort wirksam und unwiderruflich (siehe Datenschutzerklärung).
3. Zulässige Nutzung
Mit der Nutzung von Nkawrou verpflichten Sie sich, Folgendes zu unterlassen:
- Andere Nutzer zu belästigen, zu beleidigen oder zu bedrohen (im Chat oder auf andere Weise).
- Rechtswidrige, hasserfüllte, sexuelle oder gewaltverherrlichende Inhalte zu veröffentlichen oder Inhalte, die Rechte Dritter verletzen.
- Fiktive Spiele, fiktive Plätze oder unaufgeforderte kommerzielle Mitteilungen („Spam") zu erstellen.
- Sich als eine andere Person oder einen anderen Spieler auszugeben.
- Technische Grenzen zu umgehen (Teilnehmerzahl, Abmeldefristen, Moderation).
- Den Dienst ohne vorherige schriftliche Vereinbarung zu kommerziellen Zwecken zu nutzen.
- Daten anderer Nutzer automatisiert zu erheben (Scraping).
Jede Zuwiderhandlung kann zur Sperrung oder Löschung des Kontos führen, ohne vorherige Ankündigung und ohne Rückerstattung (der Dienst ist kostenlos).
4. Von Ihnen veröffentlichte Inhalte
Sie behalten das Eigentum an den von Ihnen eingestellten Inhalten (Platzfotos, Chat-Nachrichten, Spielbeschreibungen, Vorschläge für neue Plätze).
Mit der Veröffentlichung räumen Sie uns eine weltweite, nicht-ausschließliche, unentgeltliche, auf unsere technischen Auftragsverarbeiter (Supabase, Cloudflare) übertragbare Lizenz für die Lebensdauer Ihres Kontos ein, um:
- Die Inhalte zu speichern, zu hosten und anderen Nutzern des Dienstes anzuzeigen.
- Sie zu moderieren, zu filtern oder zu entfernen, sofern sie gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen.
- Sie in technische Backups einzubeziehen, die für den Betrieb des Dienstes erforderlich sind.
Diese Lizenz endet mit der Löschung Ihres Kontos, mit Ausnahme der Chat-Nachrichten (anonymisiert, jedoch zur Wahrung des Kontexts für andere Spieler aufbewahrt — siehe Datenschutzerklärung §4).
Sie sichern zu, dass Sie zur Veröffentlichung des jeweiligen Inhalts berechtigt sind (z. B. dürfen Sie kein Foto hochladen, das eine andere Person aufgenommen hat, ohne deren Einwilligung).
5. Meldung und Moderation
Um unangemessene Inhalte oder Verhaltensweisen zu melden, wenden Sie sich an support@nkawrou.com und nennen Sie das betreffende Spiel, den Nutzer oder die Nachricht.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, jedoch ohne Verpflichtung, Folgendes vorzunehmen:
- Gemeldete Inhalte zu entfernen, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen.
- Konten bei schwerwiegenden oder wiederholten Verstößen zu sperren oder zu löschen.
- Ein Konto oder einen Inhalt nach Prüfung wiederherzustellen, sofern die Entfernung irrtümlich erfolgte.
6. Zuverlässigkeits-Score und Anwesenheit
Nkawrou berechnet einen Zuverlässigkeits-Score auf Grundlage Ihrer Anwesenheit bei Spielen, für die Sie sich angemeldet haben. Unentschuldigtes Fehlen führt zu „Kick-Punkten", die diesen Score senken und mit der Zeit Ihre Sichtbarkeit für andere Organisatoren verringern. Diese Logik ist Bestandteil des Dienstes und seines bestimmungsgemäßen Verhaltens.
Um Kick-Punkte zu vermeiden, melden Sie sich mindestens 3 Stunden vor Spielbeginn ab (technische Grenze, die vom System durchgesetzt wird).
7. Kostenloser Dienst, bereitgestellt „wie besehen"
Der Dienst wird kostenlos und ohne Zusicherung von Verfügbarkeit, Leistung oder Richtigkeit bereitgestellt. Nkawrou organisiert die Spiele nicht selbst — die Plattform bringt Spieler zusammen, die sich untereinander organisieren. Wir haften nicht für:
- Qualität, Sicherheit oder tatsächliche Verfügbarkeit der gelisteten Plätze (bitte vor Anreise prüfen).
- Verhalten, Aussagen oder Handlungen anderer Nutzer während oder außerhalb der Spiele.
- Verletzungen, Unfälle oder Sachschäden, die während eines Spiels auftreten (Sie spielen auf eigene Gefahr).
- Absagen, Verspätungen oder Änderungen, die von Organisatoren getroffen werden.
- Dienstunterbrechungen (Updates, technische Probleme, Ausfälle von Auftragsverarbeitern).
8. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit nach tunesischem Recht zulässig, ist unsere Haftung Ihnen gegenüber für jeglichen Schaden im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung des Dienstes auf die Beträge beschränkt, die Sie uns in den vorangegangenen 12 Monaten gezahlt haben — d. h. null, da der Dienst kostenlos ist. Diese Beschränkung gilt nicht im Falle vorsätzlichen Verhaltens oder bei Verletzung unverzichtbarer Rechte.
9. Sperrung und Beendigung
Sie können Ihr Konto jederzeit unter Settings → „Delete account" beenden.
Wir können Ihren Zugang mit oder ohne Vorankündigung sperren oder beenden, wenn:
- Sie gegen diese Bedingungen oder geltendes Recht verstoßen.
- Ihre Aktivitäten andere Nutzer oder den Betrieb des Dienstes beeinträchtigen.
- Der Dienst dauerhaft eingestellt wird (in diesem Fall benachrichtigen wir Sie nach Möglichkeit per E-Mail).
10. Änderungen am Dienst und an den Bedingungen
Wir können den Dienst jederzeit ändern (Hinzufügen oder Entfernen von Funktionen). Wesentliche Änderungen dieser Bedingungen werden unter nkawrou.com/terms veröffentlicht, wobei das oben angegebene Datum „Zuletzt aktualisiert" entsprechend aktualisiert wird. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung des Dienstes nach der Veröffentlichung gilt als Zustimmung.
11. Anwendbares Recht
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem tunesischen Recht. Streitigkeiten werden vor den zuständigen Gerichten Tunesiens ausgetragen, vorbehaltlich der zwingenden verbraucherschutzrechtlichen Vorschriften Ihres Wohnsitzlandes (insbesondere für Nutzer aus der Europäischen Union).

Le presenti condizioni disciplinano l'utilizzo dell'app e del sito web Nkawrou («il Servizio»), una piattaforma comunitaria gratuita per organizzare e partecipare a partite di calcio amatoriali, attualmente a Zarzis e Djerba (Tunisia). Creando un account o utilizzando il Servizio, Lei accetta le presenti condizioni. Se non accetta, non utilizzi il Servizio.
1. Chi può utilizzare Nkawrou
- È necessario avere almeno 16 anni. Lei conferma questa età al momento della registrazione.
- È necessario fornire informazioni esatte (nome, cognome, città).
- Un solo account per persona. Non sono ammessi account automatizzati o bot.
2. Il Suo account
- Lei è responsabile della riservatezza della Sua password e di ogni attività svolta tramite il Suo account.
- La preghiamo di avvisarci immediatamente all'indirizzo support@nkawrou.com qualora sospetti un accesso non autorizzato.
- Può eliminare l'account in qualsiasi momento da Settings → «Delete account». L'eliminazione è immediata e irreversibile (cfr. Informativa sulla privacy).
3. Utilizzo accettabile
Utilizzando Nkawrou Lei si impegna a non:
- Molestare, insultare o minacciare altri utenti (in chat o con qualsiasi altro mezzo).
- Pubblicare contenuti illeciti, di incitamento all'odio, sessuali, violenti o lesivi dei diritti altrui.
- Creare partite false, campi falsi o comunicazioni commerciali non sollecitate («spam»).
- Spacciarsi per un'altra persona o per un altro giocatore.
- Tentare di aggirare i limiti tecnici (capienza delle partite, finestre di disiscrizione, moderazione).
- Sfruttare il Servizio per finalità commerciali senza previo accordo scritto.
- Raccogliere automaticamente i dati di altri utenti (scraping).
Qualsiasi violazione può comportare la sospensione o l'eliminazione dell'account, senza preavviso e senza rimborso (il Servizio è gratuito).
4. Contenuti pubblicati
Lei conserva la proprietà dei contenuti che pubblica (foto dei campi, messaggi della chat, descrizioni delle partite, proposte di nuovi campi).
Pubblicando tali contenuti, Lei ci concede una licenza mondiale, non esclusiva, gratuita, trasferibile ai nostri responsabili tecnici (Supabase, Cloudflare), per l'intera durata del Suo account, che ci consente di:
- Archiviare, ospitare e mostrare i contenuti agli altri utenti del Servizio.
- Moderarli, filtrarli o rimuoverli qualora violino le presenti condizioni.
- Includerli nei backup tecnici necessari al funzionamento del Servizio.
La licenza cessa al momento dell'eliminazione dell'account, ad eccezione dei messaggi della chat (anonimizzati ma conservati per mantenere il contesto della conversazione degli altri giocatori — cfr. Informativa sulla privacy §4).
Lei garantisce di avere il diritto di pubblicare i contenuti (ad es. di non caricare una foto scattata da un'altra persona senza la sua autorizzazione).
5. Segnalazione e moderazione
Per segnalare contenuti o comportamenti inappropriati, contatti support@nkawrou.com indicando la partita, l'utente o il messaggio interessati.
Ci riserviamo il diritto, senza alcun obbligo, di:
- Rimuovere qualsiasi contenuto segnalato che violi le presenti condizioni.
- Sospendere o eliminare un account in caso di violazioni gravi o ripetute.
- Ripristinare un account o un contenuto a seguito di revisione, qualora la rimozione fosse avvenuta per errore.
6. Punteggio di affidabilità e presenze
Nkawrou calcola un punteggio di affidabilità basato sulla Sua presenza alle partite a cui si iscrive. Le assenze ingiustificate comportano «kick points» che riducono tale punteggio e, nel tempo, la Sua visibilità presso gli altri organizzatori. Questa logica è parte integrante del Servizio e del suo funzionamento previsto.
Per evitare kick points, si disiscriva da una partita almeno 3 ore prima dell'orario di inizio (limite tecnico imposto dal sistema).
7. Servizio gratuito, fornito «così com'è»
Il Servizio è fornito gratuitamente, senza alcuna garanzia di disponibilità, prestazioni o accuratezza. Nkawrou non organizza direttamente le partite — mette in contatto giocatori che si organizzano tra loro. Non siamo responsabili per:
- Qualità, sicurezza o effettiva disponibilità dei campi elencati (si verifichi prima di spostarsi).
- Comportamenti, dichiarazioni o atti di altri utenti durante o al di fuori delle partite.
- Infortuni, incidenti o danni materiali che si verifichino durante una partita (Lei gioca a proprio rischio).
- Annullamenti, ritardi o modifiche decisi dagli organizzatori.
- Interruzioni del Servizio (aggiornamenti, problemi tecnici, malfunzionamenti di un responsabile del trattamento).
8. Limitazione di responsabilità
Nei limiti massimi consentiti dalla legge tunisina, la nostra responsabilità nei Suoi confronti per qualsiasi danno connesso all'uso del Servizio è limitata agli importi che Lei ci ha versato nei 12 mesi precedenti — ovvero zero, essendo il Servizio gratuito. Tale limite non si applica in caso di dolo o violazione di diritti inderogabili.
9. Sospensione e cessazione
Lei può cessare il proprio account in qualsiasi momento da Settings → «Delete account».
Potremmo sospendere o cessare il Suo accesso, con o senza preavviso, qualora:
- Violi le presenti condizioni o la legge applicabile.
- La Sua attività rechi pregiudizio ad altri utenti o al funzionamento del Servizio.
- Il Servizio venga definitivamente interrotto (in tal caso La avviseremo via e-mail ove possibile).
10. Modifiche al Servizio e alle condizioni
Possiamo modificare il Servizio in qualsiasi momento (aggiungendo o rimuovendo funzionalità). Le modifiche sostanziali delle presenti condizioni saranno pubblicate su nkawrou.com/terms con il conseguente aggiornamento della data «Ultimo aggiornamento» riportata sopra. L'uso continuato del Servizio dopo la pubblicazione costituisce accettazione.
11. Legge applicabile
Le presenti condizioni sono disciplinate dalla legge tunisina. Qualsiasi controversia sarà devoluta ai tribunali competenti della Tunisia, fatte salve le norme imperative di tutela del consumatore del Suo Paese di residenza (in particolare per gli utenti dell'Unione europea).
